LinkedIn automatically breaks the connection every 60 days. It does this to prove a human has given permission for automatic posts from ACE.
To fix the connection from ACE to LinkedIn do this with a computer, not a phone or tablet:
- Log into ACE
- Note that if you have ACE through an organization you might need to use the Single Sign-on from your member portal to get to ACE .
- Go to Settings > Social Media Connections and click ‘Inactive’ or ‘Broken’ under LinkedIn and follow the prompts to create a new connection
- Test by trying a manual post. (Go to Exclusive Content in ACE. menu, select an article and try posting to LinkedIn.)
