The option for posting to Instagram is only available to users that have the full version of ACE. ACE Lite users do not have the option to post to Instagram. (Which plan do I have? If you see the word ‘Upgrade’ in the the ACE menu, this indicates that you have the ACE Lite plan and therefore cannot post to Instagram from ACE .)
You can only post to Instagram if you have already connected ACE to your professional Instagram account. More info about connecting ACE to Instagram is available here.
- Visit the Instagram Content area to see seven available videos.
- Seven new videos will appear in the ACE Instagram Content area every Wednesday.
- Click ‘Share on Instagram’ to review the video and begin the posting process.
- By default the video will be shared as a ‘Reel’.
- Optionally the user can check the box to also share as a ‘Post.’
- Click ‘Share on Instagram’.
- It will take 30-60 seconds to process the video and for it to appear on Instagram.
- After posting a note will appear in red font to indicate the video has been used.
