We wanted to let you know that ACESocial, along with business partners across many industries, continues to confront frustration as we attempt to work with Facebook to resolve the issue of posting to Facebook from ACE. The problem occurred because Facebook erroneously turned off the ACE application that manages the social posts as well as the ability to login to ACESocial using Facebook. (This issue is affecting many companies that are trying to use Facebook Apps.) While we have no doubt that this will be resolved, we do appreciate that our users would like to return to posting content and listings to Facebook as soon as possible. In the interim we have adjusted ACE to allow for manual posting of branded content as well as these steps to set up scheduled content in advance.

We also want to remind our users that this has not affected posting to LinkedIn or Twitter – nor the ACESocial Video app for Instagram for those users who have that feature, nor any other ACESocial features. ACESocial is still posting automatically to LinkedIn and Twitter and the option to manually post to LinkedIn and Twitter from the Exclusive Content library remains fully functional.


Here’s How to Manually to Share A Branded Post to Facebook from the Schedule Content Area

  • The Schedule Content area holds fourteen days worth of content that would normally be posted automatically for you. Here’s how to manually post an article from Schedule Content Area:
  • Login to ACE here or via your single sign-on login from your company (if available.)
  • Go to the Scheduled Content area.
  • Select today’s article or any other article that you want to post now.
  • Click “Share to Facebook”
  • Log into Facebook. If you are logged into Facebook you will be taken directly to the sharing steps.
  • At top of the Facebook sharing form use the drop down to select the Facebook Page you use for your Real Estate business.
  • Add a social intro if you like, in the “Say something about this” area.
  • At bottom of the Page click the blue “Post to Facebook”.
  • The article will be posted to your Facebook Page and just like an automatic post if a follower clicks to read they will land on your ACE branded page.

Here’s How to Manually to Share A Branded Post to Facebook from Exclusive or Trending Content area

  • Login to ACE here, or via your single sign-on login from your company (if available).
  • Go to the “Exclusive Content” area.
  • Search or select an article.
  • If you want to see the full article click Preview My Branding, or click the blue “F” to post right away.
  • From Preview Branding Page click the blue “F” at top of the page.
  • At top of the Facebook sharing form use the drop down to select the Facebook Page you use for your Real Estate business.
  • Add a social intro if you like, in the “Say something about this” area.
  • At bottom of the Page click the blue Post to Facebook.
  • The article will be posted to your Facebook Page and just like an automatic post if a follower clicks to read they will land on your ACE branded page.
