ePostcards, a new multi-touch digital marketing campaign for real estate agents, are being launched by real estate marketing technologies firm Imprev, the company has announced. Simple to create with fully custom messaging capability, the company notes that ePostcards help real estate agents solve one of the their biggest challenges: finding a simple, clever and non-intrusive way to stay in touch digitally with past, current and future home buyers and sellers.

“ePostcards give agents a convenient and welcoming way to ‘converse’ with their clients and prospects,”says Renwick Congdon, CEO and Founder of Imprev. “This low-key approach helps agents nurture the social side of a business relationship.”

According to the company, ePostcards are ideal for social media sharing, including posting to Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest, an Agent’s Website or any other website, or by email. “They are also designed to look great on an iPad or Smartphone,” Congdon says.

The release includes an additional two-dozen fully branded business ePostcards, for agents to customize for use in promoting Open Houses, Just Listed, Just Sold properties or other business-focused communications. These 24 designs allow agents to include all their contact data, photo and logo.

Based on events and holidays throughout the year, the 83 new ePostcards designs offer agents 57 different opportunities to connect to their spheres of influence. ePostcards will be made available for free to more than 100,000 current Imprev Marketing Center users, including private-label Marketing Center customers, which Imprev powers for some of the largest brand names in real estate.

Effective July 1, Imprev is making its ePostcards social marketing product available to all retail subscribers to Imprev’s digital eMarketing Suite and Imprev’s exclusive Virtual Ad Agency Suite.
