What’s better than owning your own village in France? Owning your own village in France that once belonged to Hollywood legend Johnny Depp. Located just 17 miles north of St. Tropez, Depp purchased the 12-structure, 37-acre village in 2001.
A three-time Academy Award nominee, Depp’s body of work is extensive, from teen heartthrob to professional pirate. His Provencal village offers 10 houses, vineyards, olive trees, fountains, a chapel, a bar and restaurant, a workshop and staff house with nearly 11,000 square feet of indoor living space in total.
Also included is a pirate-themed wine cellar, a skateboard park and two swimming pools. Lucky for the buyer, the majority of furnishings—and many of Depp’s personal items—are included in the sale.
The village is currently up for grabs at $25.76 million. Depp also owns an island in the Bahamas, perfect for cruising Jack Sparrow-style.
