Billy Nash of The Keyes Company’s Nash Luxury is starring in the third season of “Selling Mega Mansions,” a reality show spotlighting ultra-luxury real estate brokers on cable network’s AWE – A Wealth of Entertainment. Nash is featured in seven episodes, expected to premiere in the next few weeks.
On the show, Nash takes viewers inside mansions located in luxury markets in South Florida, including Fisher Island, Palm Island—where Nash tours Al Capone’s former waterfront estate—Jack Nicklaus’ Bear’s Club in Jupiter, Mirasol in Palm Beach Gardens, and Old Palm, known for its championship golf course designed by golf legend Raymond Floyd. Nash showcases these one-of-a-kind properties by land and sea, leveraging a longstanding relationship with Braman Motorcars to incorporate the company’s Bentley and Rolls-Royce collections.
“Billy Nash has consistently utilized the Keyes technology, marketing [and] infrastructure and implemented his own creative and innovative strategies to become a household name in the luxury real estate,” says Kevin Leonard, vice president of Luxury at The Keyes Company. “His starring role on ‘Selling Mega Mansions’ is another example of that. We congratulate Billy and Tracy Wheelock of Nash Luxury and can’t wait to see them in action.”
“It is an honor to represent Keyes/Illustrated Properties in a show that will be seen around the world,” says Nash. “The 12-hour days of filming were long, but it was an awesome experience and an opportunity for people around the world to see what we do best. A special thanks to Peter Dirlis and Robert Bennett at [show producer] Supermassive Productions and director Jeff Boos for their hard work and professionalism.”
AWE reaches 50 million households around the world, and is carried by numerous providers, including Amazon Prime, Apple TV, AT&T U-verse, DirecTV, Dish Network, Roku TV and Verizon FiOS.

This show is as fake as a three dollar bill. If you note the addresses of the property to be sold, you will find that they are all still on the market. That is because the buyers are fake. There is never a sale. It is simply a real estate TV Magazine. It shows potential available properties that people can buy. But, they are never sold to the person that appears on the show as a buyer. They are an actor or actress.
Secondly, if I was fortunate enough to purchase a house like these, I would never ever buy anything from Billy Nash. He is as thick as molasses, just dripping with a fake attitute and an obvious insincerity demeanor. If you guide yourself with the show, these agents would be starving, as none of these properties sell.
I would think that AWE TV would realize that it is simply better to sell the property just as a walk through of an available home. Sao with the fake buyers, the fake actors and simply say..This house is available at Blah blah blah realty ant sid price. End of story.
Ray, you’re exactly right. I’ve checked the addresses as well, out of curiosity, and virtually all of them remain on the market. I think the same is true for “find me a luxury home.” I want to know if the hosts are in on it.
I would buy anything real estate related from Billy Nash. He is the best.
May I have Karen’s house in Old Palms please? She’s amazing.
Karen is so fun and adorable. I wonder if she sings. Her speaking voice sounds like Barbra Streisand.
Yes. Allison Mcatee plays “Katherine in marketing” on the episode I’m watching now. Such a let down but now I know why the couples are so cliché
OUCH!!!!!…..I love these shows and all along, I thought these buyers were all millionaires….I’m deceived
