Thank You for the timely and calming information. I lived and worked through the recession….wish we had Dr Carson in charge then!
After that….. I feel America and myself as a citizen and Realtor can go through any tough time.
I am a Real Estate agent I get a cancel closing because the buyer have approval 203k loan and the bank attorney said can’t not recored the loan county clerk office is close, the property is in Jamaica Queens. What the attorney’s can do to close this deal? I think this is not the only one any solution?.
