With the spread of COVID-19, the Center for Disease Control has set some guidelines for staying healthy.
Practice Social Distancing
Avoid close contact with others, especially those who are sick, keeping a distance of about six feet.
Keep Your Hands Clean
Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after you have been in a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing or sneezing.
Clean and Disinfect
Wipe down frequently touched surfaces, including tables, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, toilets, faucets and sinks, with disinfectants.
Cover Coughs and Sneezes
Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze or use the inside of your elbow.
Follow these practices, not only to keep yourself healthy, but for the safety and health of others.
