The speed of the leader (you) determines the rate of the pack (your agents). Let’s make a huge impact to add more value to your agents’ success by intentionally helping them with a business plan for success in 2022.
You are the most important person available to assist and coach your agents to help them achieve their goals. Your role is to add more value by helping guide your agents to be in a position of success and help them list and sell more homes every week and every day.
Here are some ways to increase your agents’ success and create a business plan for 2022 that can help your agents double or triple their results:
ROI Review of 2021. Review your agents’ sales from 2021. Where did their business come from? Help them see the return on investment of their time and financial expense. This will help them determine what worked and brought actual sales and what didn’t work.
Create a Business Plan for 2022. Help your agents write their goals and intentions on paper. Help them realize their average sales price, their average commission earned and what they want to achieve in 2022.
Help them create the plan of action that will help them increase their income by 100% to 300%. Help them see what another transaction per month will bring them in income.
In creating their plans, help them figure out what life goals they have and what they are doing with the income they are making. Help them create a list or pipeline of buyer and seller leads and go over strategies for generating more business.
Create the action plan that will allow your agents to generate more opportunities. Hold sales skills training and coaching to help them actually convert more of the opportunities into listings, sales and income.
Help them realize the monthly and weekly goals, and number of listing appointments, they need each week to meet goals for listings taken and sales written.
Create a Marketing and Social Media Plan. Help your agents start doing video and online reviews to boost engagement.
Help your agents increase their strategy for generating new business. Help them hold better open houses. Help them connect with their sphere and client list. Help your agents put into action weekly the activities that will produce results. Help your agents to farm neighborhoods for listings.
Accountability. Hold them accountable to their plans. Holding agents accountable will create the results that your agents want to achieve. Checking in with them weekly and daily keeps their goals top of mind. Ask them how the new house is coming or the college fund. Remind them of the dreams and goals they set with you.
Give them some type of accountability system to track and measure what they are doing and you will see amazing outcomes.
You will not only see an increase in each of your agent’s production and income, you will also watch your office’s results increase. It is easier to retain your agents and it is also easier to recruit to a thriving, highly performing team!
