Due Diligence
Your attorney will take care of the research. This includes title searches and property taxes.
Statements of Adjustments
The seller’s attorney will handle the balances. They’ll consider purchase price, any credits and any prepaid items.
The Closing
The attorneys and agents will double-check all the puzzle pieces. This includes the mortgage, agent commissions, title documents, etc.
Once all the paperwork is done and the mortgage is approved, you’re ready to move in!
