Following the launch of its inaugural competition last year, RISMedia is bringing back its 2nd Annual Tech Showdown, a competition designed to recognize emerging technology companies developing innovative solutions that have the potential to reshape the real estate industry.
The RISMedia Tech Showdown invites companies launched within the past one to three years to submit their most promising technologies designed to help brokers and agents improve efficiency, strengthen client relationships, streamline operations and drive business growth. Watch for an alert Monday on submissions opening on November 2, with finalists announced in January.
As the real estate industry continues to evolve, technology plays a vital role in how professionals compete, serve clients and build successful businesses. The Tech Showdown aims to uncover the next generation of solutions that will help real estate professionals navigate today’s challenges and capitalize on tomorrow’s opportunities.
Selected finalists will advance to a live, Shark Tank-style pitch battle webinar, where they will present their technology to a panel of industry experts. Each finalist will have the opportunity to demonstrate what makes their solution unique, the challenges it addresses and its potential to make a meaningful impact across the industry.
Submissions will be evaluated based on several key criteria, including the innovation and uniqueness of the technology, its value proposition for brokers and/or agents, its potential for industry-wide scalability, and the clarity and effectiveness of recorded and/or live presentations.
The winning company will receive an extensive promotional package valued at more than $80,000, including a dedicated RISMedia editorial feature highlighting its technology and vision and a Product Showcase Webinar produced by RISMedia.
Now in its second year, the RISMedia Tech Showdown continues its mission to connect promising technology innovators with the real estate professionals and decision-makers who can help bring their solutions to a broader audience.
