RE/MAX agents dominated the fourth annual National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals® (NAHREP) Top 250 Latino Agent report with 62 agents on the list—twice as many as the next highest ranked franchise and nearly 25 percent of the total. RE/MAX agent representation in the Top 250 grew nearly 94 percent over last year.
The top three franchises on the list, appearing more than any other companies, are RE/MAX, Century 21 and Keller Williams. RE/MAX makes up more of the Top 250 than any other company on the list.
“It’s great to see so many Latino RE/MAX agents on this list year after year,” says Dave Liniger, CEO, Chairman of the Board and Co-Founder of RE/MAX, LLC. “The hard work and dedication of these 62 individuals have set them apart. A combined 4,460 transactions is impressive.”
According to NAHREP there are 50,000 Latinos in the real estate industry. The Top 250 list is compiled through broker affirmed self-nomination and consists of 2014 calendar year production data. The highest ranking RE/MAX agents in the report were:
